Investments

At InGlobo, we don’t take our investments lightly; our disciplined investment approach ensures optimal outcomes for everyone. Here’s how it works…

We seek to secure between 51% to 70% of each company.  Depending on the circumstances, lnGlobo may also take a minority interest or 100% ownership — it all depends on what would benefit you most.

lnGlobo serve as Non-Executive Directors, backing the Management Teams with vision, innovation, and growth targets. The remaining Founder or appointed Managing Director typically retains an equity interest. A newly-appointed Managing Director is required to purchase a substantial equity share, in order to manage an investment on behalf of lnGlobo.

Exit plans and liquidity events are planned and reviewed periodically to prepare the business for a trade sale, management buyout/in, or an initial public offer.

Consulting

For entrepreneurs and emerging businesses, InGlobo offers module-based consulting. By applying best practice management models (used by the world’s leading organisations), we also aim to maximise shareholder value.

Over a 12 month period, we’ll unpack and apply six sequential modules — Finance Intelligence, Strategic Life Plan, Staff Alignment, Strategic Alignment, Core Values & Principals and Succession & Transition. These modules have been strategically designed to be easy to follow and understand, without losing sight of the high-level content you’re looking for. Ultimately, they exist to empower you in confidently taking your business to the next level.
